Description	Rice University Media Center is part of the Department of Art and Art History at Rice University offering film and video courses, media studies, and photography. The Rice University Media Center is the venue for Rice Cinema, a repertory film series open to the public that has been showing Hollywood classics, American independents, and foreign film and video since 1969. Photo exhibits are also featured throughout the Rice Media Gallery space with lectures conducted by artists and scholars.
