Description	Founded in 1923, L'Alliance Fran¨aise de Houston is a non-profit organization that promotes French language and culture in the Houston area.
Events and Traditions	Screenings of French film, lectures, art and photography exhibits, receptions, concerts, vacation/study programs, wine tastings, and a reference library.
Classes and Workshops	Beginner to advanced French language classes for both children and adults, private tutoring, on-site language courses for business and cooking classes.
Additional Information	L'Alliance Fran¨aise de Houston offers five scholarships for college students and high school French teachers to study in France.
